Jane Kim - friend from SCUM
I first met Julie at SCUM. From the beginning she was a true friend. I remember riding in her blue civic to various places. She had a box of note cards in her car that had directions to different places. She even had one from her house to mine! I laughed so hard when I saw them! Jules always welcomed us into her house and was a great mentor, friend and sister! When I heard about her passing I was at a loss for words. I remember a few months back my mom said that she had seen her. A few weeks later I stumbled upon her blog. I read that she was doing well and planned on leaving her a message. Well I never got around to it....
Whenever I think about Jules, I cant help but cry. I miss you dearly Jules! We were supposed to see each other get married and become moms! Our kids were supposed to play together! I know that you are in a better place...a place that you always wanted to be! I love you!
